§ 475-6. Effective date; repealer.

This chapter shall take effect as of September 25, 1983. The Zoning Law of the Town of Bergen (Local Law No. 1 of 1974) and any amendments thereto, the Mobile Home Ordinance of the Town of Bergen and any other enactments of the Town Board of the Town of Bergen which are inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed.
